Walter I. Wardwell papers, 1946-1984.

The papers reflect Dr. Wardwell's interests and activities during his tenure at the University of Connecticut and include correspondence, minutes, reports, notes, brochures, newspaper clippings, publications and fliers. Of particular interest are the materials in Series III: Campus Unrest, documenting some of the campus disturbances of the late 1960s and early 1970s.
